DBAI Salem organised “Bal Health Mela,” a health awareness programme for children, at the Don Bosco Anbu Illam campus, Mulluvadigate, on 31.5.2023. A general medical camp occurred during this programme; a team of doctors from Shanmuga Hospital came and checked height, weight, and general check-ups for children. Salem DCPO, Ms. Umamahesvari, visited the children and motivated them to take care of their health and studies. Mr. Kanan, District Coordinator, Childline Salem, provides awareness about health, hygiene, and children’s safety. Children from various slums and our deserved working areas in Salem enjoyed the whole programme through many games and fun-filled activities.
