The Salesian province of Annai Velankanni Tiruchy, is blessed with the seven newly ordained priests: Fr. Benjamin James, Fr. Christopher Susai, Fr. Anantharaj Santhanam , Fr. Arockiaraj Irudayaraj, Fr. Danistanraj Iruthayadhason, Fr. Richard Vivek Kumar and Fr. David Antony.
The ordination ceremony was held at the Newly Blessed Salesian Residence, Don Bosco School, Surya Nagar, Madurai on 09 April 2021. The order was conferred by Most. Rev. Antony Pappusamy DD, Archbishop of Madurai. Fr. Agilan Sarprasadam SDB, the Provincial of Tiruchy Province, presented the candidates to the Archbishop. The celebration was graced with the presence of 120 priests, religious, parents and relatives of the new priests.
The entire ceremony was coordinated by Fr. Arul Maran the Vice Provincial, Fr. Amaladoss, the Economer with the assistance of Lourdes Shrine community and Don Bosco ITI community Madurai. Congrats to the Newly ordained.
