On June 13, 2025, the Formation Sector Meeting was held at Don Bosco Nettur, bringing together 18 formation guides from various Salesian houses: DBTC–Kavarapettai, The Retreat–Yercaud, Idayadeepam Novitiate–Yellagiri, Don Bosco Pre-Novitiate–Dindigul, Don Bosco Thanjavur, and Don Bosco Nettur. The meeting provided a platform for discussing formation programs, sharing experiences, and coordinating efforts to support the growth of candidates in initial formation. The collaborative spirit and exchange of ideas aimed to enhance the quality and consistency of formation across all houses.
