A transformative two-day workshop on Salesian Pedagogy was organized at Don Bosco Media Academy, Manikandam, Trichy, on 24 and 25 April 2026. Centered on the theme, “Educating with the Heart of Don Bosco,” the programme provided both professional enrichment and spiritual formation. Representing our school, Rev. Fr. Prabin Soosadimai, Principal, Ms. Juliet, School Coordinator, Mrs. Devisri, and Ms. Anel actively participated in the workshop. The sessions moved beyond traditional lecture-based methods and emphasized active participation, collaboration, and reflective learning.
Rev. Fr. John Parankimalil presented challenging real-life educational and institutional scenarios, encouraging meaningful discussions and deeper reflection among the participants. The workshop provided profound professional renewal for the PDBSE team and reinforced the Salesian educational philosophy. Inspired by the foundational principle, “One educates only in the measure in which one loves,” the participants returned with renewed commitment and enthusiasm for their educational mission.
