Don Bosco Anbu Illam and Vennandhur staff participated in five days of film-based curriculum training at Dindugal from April 16, 2023, to April 20, 2023. Dr. Bala Murugan, Consultant, Tamilnadu Alliance; Ms. Nirmala, Trainer; and Ms. Sibija, Coordinator, Tamilnadu Alliance, provided training on various useful topics, including preventing child labour, child marriage, community development, etc., through the film “Call Me Priya”.
Through this training programme, facilitators learned so many things about strengthening adolescent girls, boys, and community support groups and motivating those group members to prevent child labour, child marriage, and other social evils through games and fun-filled activities. Forty-six staff members participated in and benefited from this training programme.
